Ampworks Exclusive Limited Lifetime Warranty
We guarantee our
amplifiers for materials and workmanship for life. We will replace
or repair your Nolatone product at our discretion at no charge if
trouble should arise. Note however, the owner is responsible for paying
all shipping charges to and from Nolatone. This warranty does not
cover products which show signs of abuse or neglect. Also not covered
by this warranty are wearable parts including but not limited to tubes,
knobs, power cords, fuses, face plates, lamps, etc. Such items will
be replaced at reasonable retail cost only after having obtained permission
to do so from the owner. We cannot honor the warranty on any product
which has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Nolatone
Ampworks.
Our warranty is
transferable to a new owner provided none of the aforementioned exclusions
and limitations apply. To exercise the Nolatone warranty, carefully
package your Nolatone product and contact us to obtain the appropriate
shipping address. Also, please state clearly the detailed nature of
the problem to be fixed and make sure Nolatone has your complete contact
information. We cannot be liable for damages incurred during shipping,
so please protect yourself with adequate shipping insurance. If you
just need a replacement part, simply email or call us for customer
support.
